G-325A Biographic Info

So sorry if this has already been discussed (a bit overwhelmed with info right now), I've seen in some info where a G-325A form is required for both myself and partner to fill out to submit with the K-1 packet, but then in other information it isn't mentioned.

Any guidance on if it is or not?

yes two G-325a form fill out and sign is require. one of the petitioner and one of the beneficiary. It must be the original with the original signatures and not copies

Awesome thanks! 1 more question, at the bottom, Applicant name is that just who's name is biographic information is for or does my name go on both as I'm the petitioner?

each person signs His or her own form. Your signature will only be on your form

Not sure 'what other information' you are speaking of, but the I-129F instructions clearly state they are required >

8. What Other Documents Do You Need?

a. Submit two completed and signed Forms G-325A, Biographic Information; one for you and one for your
beneficiary. Except for name and signature, you do not have to repeat the information given on your Form I-129F.

Each person signs their own G-325A. You also each need to provide a statement of intent to marry within 90 days of the K-1 entry to the US.
