They are all good, but you didn't list your primary evidences like her boarding passes, itineries, passport entry and exit stamps, your letter of intents to marry after her arrival in the States (both of u). If you have any money transaction receipts that also will be fyn like western union/money gram, engagement receipt, hotel receipt

2. Just put ur names at the back of each passports (beneficiary) and petitioner, sign and date. Please make sure to double check that all your papers are signed and dated including your parents attestation letters. Good luck

Ditto. However I have read several threads advising against including money transfer receipts but that's your call. See the K-1 visa guide. Make yourself a checklist and make sure that you have everything that's listed.http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

You need proof of meeting in person within the 2 years prior to filing. One of the main accepted documents for this is copies of your passport stamps. Make sure to include those along with boarding passes, baggage claims, receipts(hotel/ATM/credit card), etc.

From the I-129F instructions>

b. Submit a passport-style color photograph of yourself and a passport-style color photograph of your beneficiary, with
both photos taken within 30 days of the date of filing this petition. The photos must have a white background, and
be glossy, un-retouched, and be unmounted. The dimension of the full frontal facial image should be about one inch
from your chin to the top of your hair. Using a pencil or felt pen, lightly print the name (and Alien Registration
Number, if known) on the back of each photograph.
