Seems that my parents got lucky that their travel plans weren't impacted at all by the recent wave of winter storms. They're flying in today from Germany via NYC and are already on their last leg from Newark to Tampa with the arrival scheduled just three minutes late.

Can't wait to pick them up at the airport (though I dread driving over there through the back-end of the rush hour) and can't wait for them to see their grandchild again. Well, "again" for mom as she was here after our baby was born. My dad hasn't seen his grandchild yet. He can't wait to see her.
