Yeah! Great substitute for Lunesta too, depending on how exciting or boring a chapter is. It can keep me awake until 4am or it can easily make me doze off halfway to a chapter

The Botany of Desire by Michael Pollan

This is a very interesting non-fiction book about the domestication of plants from the plant's perspective. I know, I know, sounds potentially dull, but really, it is very interesting. I think it was a best-seller. It's one of those sort of different perspective on the big picture sort of books, which I love.

My all time favourite book, and author is A Fine Balance (Rohinton Mistry). I usually prefer "dark" books. I wouldn't recommend any books I read to children.
