My mom sponsor her sister by file I 130 while back but now her sister married and have a kid. What form do my mom need use to add the husband and child to the pending case?

your mom doesn't need to fill any additional form. your mom's sister is the principal applicant in this case, all her family members will be able to get derivative visas along-with her. Once the petition (i 130) is approved and the case goes to NVC, your mom's sis will be required to fill online form DS 260(visa application), She will be able to add the family members, which are missing in the petition.

hi

each derivative needs their own documents and paperwork, they will file their own ds260 as well

but it is correct that she doesn't need to file any other form

if the i130 has been approved and is a the NVC, she only has to send an email with case number and add copies of the marriage certificates and birth certificate, and when the priority date becomes current, immigration will request payments and documents for all of them
