Hello guys,

I am in need of your help and support. I have received my P4 interview letter which is scheduled end of September 2015. I also have a 5 year ban on entering the USA which is almost over. My wife is a USA citizen and she has sponsored me.

What are my changes of getting approval at this interview and what type of questions you think i should prepare myself for.

None if you have a ban. If you interview before your ban expires a visa will not be issued. Is it possible to move the interview?

So you are banned for 6 more months? I would push out the interview. Generally it seems you need a waiver to override a ban.

My ban is experience in 6 month and my lawyer advised to go ahead with the interview as it is at the officers description and he may require a petition.

You have paid for legal advice with someone who understands your circumstances, I would follow your lawyers advice unless they are not able to answer your questions.

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.
