I'm in Florida and I'm sending my fiance's financial affidavit and copy of our I 129 F book. What is the best method to send it to her in Quezon City Philippines. Which method will guarantee she gets it. Thanks in advance for all you help. God bless all of you going thru this process and best of luck

I used FedEx. St. Louis to Surigao. It was delivered in 2 days. Cot depends on the weight. I sent only the documents that required "wet" signatures. All fit in a FedEx documents envelope. Cost was $58 for 0.5 lbs.

All the other documents she needed I scanned to a PDF file and she printed at the cafe. She never needed the I-129F book but she had it just in case.

The I-134 affidavit of support. I sent the original with my signature in blue ink. I also included a letter from my employer with my managers signature in blue ink, copy of my 2014 tax return and W2. I didn't want these documents printed at the cafe.

At her interview, they checked the documents and then returned them to her.

I used LBC to send stuff to my fiancee, it takes 10 days to get there and there's a bunch of branches in QC for her to pick it up. I just recently sent some documents to her last july and it cost $11.75 for 0.6lbs i believe. If you are using LBC they don't want any valuables, watchers, jewelry and money included in the stuff your going to send. Like I said it takes 10 days and just tell them it's a pick up and ask your fiancee what's the closest branch she can pick it up so you can tell the clerk where they will send it. I heard DHL is faster but I believe it cost more.
