Hello all, i have been married to my wife for one and half years now and hav been visiting her with my 5 year multiple visa i took before she came to the states.Am with her now and she is pregnant, i dont want to go back because of her condition.Can she file for me with her green card?

If I understand you right, your wife is a greencard holder, not a USC? If so, no, she cannot file AOS for you. She can file for your spousal visa now, to save some time, but it will take about 1.5 years to get the visa, and you cannot live in the USA during that time. However, you can continue to visit, so my suggestion would be to cut this visit short, so you can visit as long as possible around the time of the birth.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
