hi all, my fiancee who is an american is doing the k1 for a second time. she first did it for her ex who is from haiti and they did not get married because the guy was not real. my question is, will the fact that she has done it once hurt myy chances of getting my visa approved? also what are some very strong evidence we can provide? thanks

How long ago was the first K1, and did the guy get the visa and come here, or at which stage did the process stop?

Basically, it all depends on the circumstances- if the first K1 was 10 years ago and the guy never came here, no problem. If it was earlier this year, and within weeks of the cancelation of the first petition, she started the ;process for you, that is a huge red flag.

The best proof is time spend together, in person. So the more/ the longer her visits are (assuming you have no visa to visit her), the better. Bonus points if you can meet her family, esp any kids she has, and they approve of the relationship.
