When the next dv lottery starts?

I have a non-english high school diploma,will i have to translate it?

Also,when do you think it is good to apply? Ex. starts 1 november,would i have more chances if i apply first day?

It should be announced soon, it usually runs for around a month in October or November.

Selection is completely random so it makes no difference when you enter. The only thing to be careful of is that there is often a rush on the last day and the system can get overloaded, making it impossible to submit an entry on time.

You only need to worry about documentation if you get selected.

You don't need to worry about it until you get selected, and then it only needs to be translated if the official languages is different to the one of the country you interview in.
