Hi can i ask how much is the k1 visa in us embassy manila? And can i get into the us embassy without my eligibilty letter. Because i waited 1 month but the embassy doesnt send any letter or email to me. Please help me thanks

The visa application known as the 129f is $340.00. The visa interview fee at the Embassy is $265.00.

Did you already file for the K1 visa and it got approved in the USA and you are just waiting for the NOA2 letter?

Technically, the 129f is a petition and the ds-160 is the visa app, right? Ds-160 fee for k1 is $265. Since the OP doesn't know this, I'm assuming they're waiting for noa2 to pay the fee and apply for visa (which will allow them into the embassy when they schedule their interview).

At any rate, sounds like they need to read the numerous guides on the process.

The 129f is the Petition for the Alien Fiancé and the DS-160 is not an app but the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form used to give more information to the CO and to run further background checks from.

The DS-160 does not have a fee connected to it. It's part of the visa interview but does not require a payment to complete.

I am assuming the same as you are that they are waiting for their NOA2.

It does not allow them into the Embassy per say, but it is one of the documents that must be issued confirming that USCIS has approved their application. With that and the other documents are needed to establish a Embassy Interview.

you can start by paying the visa fee and schedule your interview and have your medical exam at St. Luke's extension clinic

Nothing further will come as the PhilPost is very undependable. Go to the link below at the twisting arrow and follow the instructions for NVC to USEM. Each step to follow is listed in that tab from top to bottom.
