good morning


i just resigned from my work at oversea and came back to the US about 1 week ago. I want to open my own business, since i'm starting up, so i'm unemployed at this moment. I don't have any employee documents to show. how can i prepare any supporting?? please advice! Thanks



i dont' have w2 for the last 2 yrs, but i did have the tax return that i filed from Hong Kong. what kind of supporting i need to prepare for I-134 . I can also find a co sponsor , does she needs to prepare all the supporting document just like online and fill up a new form too. Thanks

study the instructions in the I-864, as it's the rules there that Vice-Consul uses in Singapura to adjudicate the I-134. It's quite possible you have assets that meet the requirements, so be certain to study the math computations for assets there.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
