Last week I received a notice from US Embassy in Paris with my interview schedule (1st September). They listed all documentation required which I own and other documentation that the Embassy have that was send by my fiancee's lawyer, except I will have my doctor exam next Thursday and hopefully it gets on time to the interview.

My question is related to of one the items stating "proof of financial situation" or as it says in Portuguese "comprovativo de capacidade financeira - Termos de responsabilidade com documentação de apoio", what is exactly this ? My wife is sponsoring me on this visa, should I have to show her financial situation too ?

Thanks for the help, sorry if there was already a topic about this situation but I was having some trouble while searching.

You will need the I-134 affidavit of support with you along with the petitioner's tax transcripts and all financial supporting documents ( latest pay stubs, bank statement, etc..) with you for the interview.
