My I-130 on Vermont Center and still waiting

Hello people, we sent the i-130 on march and they received on the 13th, but just passed the five months they said took all the proccess and still dint hear nothing good, husband call and they said still working on february cases, i am from DR, husband from US, appling for cr1

Someone else similar situation, hope to spend holidays with my family.

Missouri had my case from April to October and then sent to Nebraska for fasting processing / that took another 7 months

I even got a personal letter in October saying to send inquiry if i didnt hear in 60 days / i sent one after all the holidays and they knew nothing about my case in Nebraska as it was marked MSC for Missouri

You will get through this - patience is key. Our I-130 took almost 8 months to get approved. Now that you are past the normal processing time of 5 months, I would suggest your husband reach out to his state senator.

he said will keep calling every other day, i know theres a lot of pleople who had done the process on time, but i am gonna ask God for all the patience, thanks

My sistercase and mine were both processed at 5.5 months. Give it two weeks
