co sponsor for K1

my brother inlaw is willing to be my Co sponsor but what form is he going to fill up? the I-134 or the I-864??

and what else do i need from him??

He will use the I-134 form. You will also need the most recent tax return and W2.

yup same issue for us, im the USC and am using my father for a co sponsor. our interview is sept 1. i graduated from med school and for the last year i worked as an unpaid intern to gain hospital experience before applying for residency.

on a plus note i hear from others that most are no longer asked for the i134. but of course prepare for it anyway.

- USEM does not "always" ask for the support documents (but to do ask still)... you could get lucky
