Follow to join for child? Hi, im a LPR gained my immigrant status through my US citizen sister. Now, im planning to file form I-824 notice of action of approved petition, to request USCIS to follow-to-join benefits for my 2 children who left behind from my foreign land.

Now, im having doubt if my other child can still make it, he is unmarried but turning 21 next march2016. If i file the form within this month, is there any change that he can be granted visa? And is CSPA (child status protection act) can help? Is my son eligible for that? Thankyou so much in advance..

No timeline, difficult to say. How old are all of them, when was your Visa issued? Why did they not come with you?
