Minor confusion with DS-260 for my IR-1

I am doing my DS-260 and a couple questions I am not sure what to do.

It wants to know if I have previous employment.. I say yes.. it wants to know what jobs I have done in the past 10 years.. but I have been doing what I am doing now for the past 10 years. so I cant answer that one properly. Do I put in the job I had beforehand.. or do I just tick no

and second question is.. for the question about if I have been issued a US visa would the ESTA count? or do I just tick no?

thanks to you all for the help.

I don't know about the employment question, but I can sat that ESTA is not a visa.

Directly from www.cbp.gov "ESTA is not a visa. It does not meet the legal requirements to serve in lieu of a U.S. visa when a visa is required."

If its the same employer easy you worked from XX/XX/2005 to present.

You don't have to list every position in that company its the employer history they want.
