My wife lives in the US and has just moved house and has updated her address no problem. I live in the UK and she is sponsoring me and have also moved house, but I can't seem to find where or how my application can be updated with my new address. Can someone please give me some advice on how this can be done?

Thanks

Andrew

Have your wife call USCIS to:

  1. Update in your address in application.
  2. Update her address in USCIS file

Call call call!

If case is still with USCIS, petitioner should fill out an AR-11. Beneficiary's foreign address is not that important at this stage because USCIS is not going to mail anything abroad so don't worry about not updating it. What matters is the petitioner's address because that's where NOA2 is going to be mailed.

If case is already at NVC, you can update petitioner and beneficiary's addresses when you fill out the online DS260.
