I have read numerous vj posts regarding Loomis but most seemed fairly old (two or more years). I went to the site that I was instructed to go to to register my appointment (aid,us visa-info.com/en/-ca/iv/information/iv-services)

I was able to register my appointment and it asked me what Loomis site I wanted to use. It then instructed me to print the page...I did, but I see no "reference number" on it. Is this the "Loomis letter" that is spoken of that needs to be shown?? And then the "waybill"...how does this fit into the picture?

Thank you so much for any help.

They will email you your waybill when your visa is ready and your passport is ready to be send to you! Loomis in my understanding is the courrier (DHL)
