K visa can only be petitioned by US citizen petitioner and condition is to marry within 90 days. 1.) If beneficiary is overseas then beneficiary's 90 days will start from the day beneficiary enter in US after getting the K1 stamped at their consulate and or embassy. 2.) US citizen petitioner can also petition (adjustment) for a visiting fiancée (beneficiary) to US and 90 days will apply from the date of approval. Adjust cases will not go to NVC or embassy and this is consider a permit and if visiting fiancée takes exit from US within that 90 days then this will expire as well and will not allow to re-enter.

HI.....

I sent in my I-129F (and G-1145) forms back in June, and now I've received a notification now that we we need to complete the g-325a forms. Is this something anyone else had to complete as well?

UPDATE......

We just received our notification that my fiance's NVC letter has been sent to the Accra, Ghana Embassy. Woohoo!!!!!! So now my fiance is getting the stuff together for the K1 visa.

I hope my fiance get the #3 packet soon. We are ready to start our lives together.

Hi every one I have a question if anyone can answer please ,I applied for fiancé K-1 visa .

My NOA -2 is expiring on, 3 December 2015 & I have my interview on 5th. And at interview CO put me on AP( administrative processing)

At interview CO didn't ask for any of the further document from me or from my fiancé ,as I have pile of documents with me ,but they kept my passport

My question is as I know AP, gonna take from days, weeks& upto year as well ,so what if I am still on AP and my NOA-2 petition expired in December first week. What gonna happen then ??

Also if some one on any visa category like marriage or visit or family etc( if they are on AP, do they get reply from consulate before there petition expired) OR is it like infinity time frame regardless your petition expired ?

rxlamb I assume you are a Pakistani male under the age of 45, and if this true then not only you but all are in this range have to go through administrative processing and in most cases it takes 6 weeks. CO can extend the expiration and if there is an action taken by embassy then in your case if it goes beyond expiration date then it automatically extended.

I have a question !How long is AP STATUS being updated on CEAC website ??

By saying that I mean I know it has to be in AP for several weeks ,months etc. but if the date changes often on CEAC website under AP STATUS ,is it a good sign & if some one know Or have experience to share that normally after how many date changing ..they finally see their status changed from AP to either APPROVED /DENIED ??
