From uscis website:

I485

Edition date: 06/20/13; A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 06/20/13 edition or these previous editions: 01/18/11, 11/23/10, 11/08/10; 7/15/10; 12/03/09.

No, it is not a problem to fill that version.

Current forms are the ones for download at the USCIS website.

The OMB(Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. It can be found on the bottom left of the form pages. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded.
