05/24/15 - mailed k1 application packet

06/02/15 - receipt issued

07/07/15 - rfe issued

07/17/15 - rfe correction submitted

07/20/15 - rfe correction receipt issued

07/27/15 - case approved online NOA 2

07/31/15 - NOA 2 received in mail

I just received an approval for my K1 visa on Friday (3 days ago).

Is there a checklist on this site that tells me what to gather and send to my fiancee?

Do I send originals?

How long do I have?

Call NVC each day around 7 am and get you NVC#, also know as your MNL#. ONce you get you MNL # then,

MNL# will allow you to schedule interview and allow your fiancé to Medical in Manila (2 day process)

Yes there is a checklist. I recommend this site from one of the (ancient) members here, Greenbaum, http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa

There are original papers that you need to send.

You have a year but of course, do it soon. Usually, it takes about less than a month from this(your) point to the interview.

Now you wait for your case file to be sent to NVC (10-14 days, business days). Then you contact NVC to get your case number, I suggest you email NVC as well. There is nothing on VJ that is focused on the process in Manila. Details in my link below, follow the flashing arrow. Oh, and copies are just fine unless the embassy states otherwise. Follow the embassy instructions letter!
