My wife was asked to provide her fingerprints at the interview after she took the oath. So I think they also verify that its the real you even though the photo's are submitted.

Did your wife got to local VFS office with original documents,

Sorry to asking this , some people saying that its needed to go to local VFS office before interview with all originals?

And what about biometric of your wife is it take too much time?

I am asking this because I got appoinment for biometric 2:30 pm on 15/oct and I have interview 8:30 am on 16/oct. For make sure that there is no problem or delay in biometric process

And also please share when your wife get visa on hand.

Sorry for being confused.. No, She didnt go to the VFS office. She got her medical done, then biometrics and finally the interview where she took the originals.

Biometric was done in 5 minutes - she was lucky enough to find an empty counter. She reached an hour early before the appt time for biometric and still they let her inside & complete it before time. So, there shouldnt be any need to worry about any delay at biometrics.

Yes, I will surely post when we get the visa.

What documents we have to take for Biometrics appointment in Hyderabad. My CR1 interview is in Mumbai.

IN the online form for taking biometrics appointment there is a place asking the mailing address. Is it my mailing address or blue dart pick-up location?

in biometrics in Mumbai they asked for passport, ds260 and two color photo of the applicant which must be 2"X2" NOT passport size tell the picture people for visa photo not passport photo. if you have appointment later but get to the office early you can ask the guard and they will let you in early. my wife was out of there in 5 minutes. they just take your photo and fingerprint and stamp your ds260 and that's it...also take you appointment letter for the interview as well.

just in 1 hour 45 minutes I am out with a broad Grin in my face.

They didnt ask one extra document. First Indian officer returned one pile of documents back to me and said your husband has sent lots of documents, Just saw my Birth certificate/ Marriage certificate originals. She didn't even verify that

American officer didn't ask anything. simple questions. then he was checking my I130 petition, in which we sent all our chats, mobile bills, FB, photos. Then finally said ' Your Visa is Approved'

There is nothing you need to pay in embassy. as you will be entered alone, if you have money it will be safe for you. I jus had 300, although hotel is walking distance.

Correct, the email confirmation for biometrics appointment lists document delivery location that was chosen.

Did they inform you when you can collect visa from document delivery location?
