Hi everybody

I m a USC and applied for my wife to come to the state for over a year now , and in the last 4months the NVC kept asking about the same for that i sent over and over and over again which is a Casier Judiciaire from the Central Police station .. they kept refusing the form that my wife gets from the police station .. so my question is especially to whoever married a moroccan citizen ,

Did you partner had to abtain a fiche Anthropometrique and a casier judiciaire from the centrale police station at their place of residence ?

yes, both. They want to see the Court records as well as the police records

Well i sent them the court one as well as the police station one but they keep insisting that it should be from the police station both of them .. makes no sense

Adil applied for both at his city of birth

One comes from Rabat but should also have stamp for the local police station on it / Have you had them translated?

I know one is only good for 3 months so adil had to pay chronopost about $35 US to get them here in time / took 4 days to mail to me which has to be done as you need to put the cover page with it

then i mailed overnkight with return receipt to NVC

and for God's sake make sure you put the case number in the upper right hand corner of each and every page

If I remember correctly, the fiche anthro.... The court record is the one from the city of birth. I don't remember if he took it then to the police station for validity. I'll ask tonight when we get home from work.

I just confirmed with my hubby... He got the court record from his birth city, and police record from where he lived. If you've been sending these, or if you send them again, and they say incorrect, I'd ask for a supervisor review.

When i was in the phone i spoke to a lady who titaly screwd up while looking at my case .. so i called again and i got an other one who realy was helpfull and everything went the way i wanted and now my wife has an interview in a week from today
