IMBRA Question

Hi all,

I have a question regarding IMB's and whether or not I will get a RFE. I met my fiancé through the website www.datebritishguys.com and we recently filed our K1 Visa (6th July 2015).

Reading these forums I am concerned that we will recieve an RFE due to the website we met on (This was mentioned in our application) I have already pre-empted this and have emailed the website asking for them to confirm that they are not an IMB however I am still worried that this will cause us issues with our application.

I would appreciate any help that you kind people could give as to how we should respond to an RFE (If we get one). I know that the website is open to all nationalities and races and charges the same fee for everyone.

Any help would be greatfully recieved and appreciated.

Many thanks,

TM&TT

Further to my previous post this is the reply recieved from the website -

"Hi Tom,
Thank you for your email and congratulations on your engagement. We would be delighted to hear your story and see photos.
We can confirm that Datebritishguys.com is an online dating agency, and not an International Marriage Broker. We take no fee when relationships are formed.
Regards
DBG Admin"
Could anyone please offer guidance on how I should reply to a RFE if I am to recieve one?
Many thanks,
Tom

We have seen a rash RFE, but it seems that most if not all are from Philippines.

IF you get a RFE, which I don't think you will then send that information that you have.

Just a FYI, people have been filing for years meeting on dating website and this has only been an issue the last couple of months..

Vol,

Thank you for your clarification, we haven't long been looking into this process so I haven't had too much time to research on the forums but everyone in this community is so kind and helpful.

I will let you know how it goes!
