Welcome to the forum.

Without an approved K1 visa in your possession, you could try to get a tourist or visitor visa to visit your fiance in the US. Since you would likely already have a K1 visa in process, your would have to prove to the satisfaction of the interviewing embassy/consulate official that you would return to your home country after your visit is over. There is a lot more information at the pinned thread at the top of this forum page, Yes You Can Visit, you should check it out.

Look at the Processing Times section, easily located at the top of the forum page, to see current K1 visa processing times. It would do you well to started reading and researching this site for the great and useful that is easily available about the various visa processes.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

You do not file for he K-1 Fiancee visa at the embassy, this process starts at USCIS in the USA, after you two have met in person. The petition process can take upwards of 6 months, the visa application can take a few more months, and in between those two is a short stop at NVC.
