I am a permanent resident since 2014 January.
Applied for my wife's immigration in August 2014.
I have visited the US thrice and stayed there for not more than one month, since I plan to shift there completely once my wife gets the visa and we sell off our property in my native country.

My wife's case has been accepted and is now in NVC. I am the agent (petitioner)
Will pay the fees once I get an email from NVC
I want to know what do I do about the financial affidavit, since I am not working in the US.
I have my sister and brother in Law who will give one to me but since I am the petitioner, what sorts of problems will me and my wife face for NVC approval?
Do I need to fill in a affidavit form with zero income (in the US)

Please advise

You have to have file affidavit of support for your wife, if your income is zero then you have also need to have joint sponsor and file AOS jointly I mean one by you and another by someone from your relative who have sufficient income.

Moreover, you also file tax return even you have not income, just file tax return with zero income.

Thanks... before I get to that.
I just applied to be the agent for the applicant (I am the petitioner) - do i wait for an email from NVC or should I proceed and pay the fee (which is the second step)

If you haven't been required to file taxes in the US, make sure to attach a statement in your packet explaining why.

Fee for what I guess you mean AOS Fee!, you can only pay AOS Fee once you receive invoice from NVC or check in the system. Moreover, once you pay this AOS Fess you need to file AOS as soon as possible.

NVC send you invoice for AOS fee, its content case number starting from three digit alphabetic like starting name of the City, thereafter PD date and than number.
