I just got a call from my husband that he took our new car in for a car wash and vacuuming and stuff and the idiots washed the car with the window open and now the inside is trashed.

I'm so pissed I can barely even type this right now. Any advice for what we should do right now?? Please??? :crying:

Sorry to hear that. What an awful situation to happen out of a simple car wash. They are responsible of course and their insurance company should take care of the damages. Speak to the management of the car wash and ask them how they want to handle it. Demand a rental car as well.

Ok, I think we're set. Insurance knows all about it if we need to file a claim.

They recleaned it all again after they saw that Wadi was not going away and Wadi says it looks much much better than the first time they did it. When Wadi had got back to the place with the camera the guy running the car wash started freaking out about getting sued. He even started crying.

I'm hoping that they did clean it up now as well as Wadi says they did.

Wow that sucks Jenn. Your hubby was smart to go get the camera. Glad your insurance company is aware now too. I definitely wouldnt pay for the so called service they gave you.

Also make sure it's clear if you get some sort of smell from mold/mildew or if a stain appears after a few days you'll be back expecting them to fix it.
