05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

Does anyone know when the batch emails goes out normally? I know they send them out nightly when they update their system(s). Just hope it's not for RFE...

You and me and a few others must have been on the same desk. I heard from others 10:30 PM PST on a few other posts. Let's hope so!!!!!!!!!

I was touched twice - two days in a row, but never recieved any kind of email or update online. A week later I called CSC and was told I had been approved the week before (on the date of the first touch) but the email system was not updated.

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

I was touched twice - two days in a row, but never recieved any kind of email or update online. A week later I called CSC and was told I had been approved the week before (on the date of the first touch) but the email system was not updated.

thanks mybackpages, it's good to know. my second touch was yesterday and I know some sort of decision must have been reached. Either I'm waiting for an approval or have an RFE. I was hoping for an email last night. Oh, well, back to waiting.
