Hello vjyers,

We are about to send the paperwork but would like to check whether we have enough or anything we can add to our list.

-Lease Agreement with both names

-KPERS showing spouse and child as beneficiaries (spouse as primary)

-Tax transcripts with copy of tax return papers from HandR block 2013 and 2014

-Copy of letter from the bank we opened our Joint checking account

-Copy of both debit cards

-Copy of transaction history from the date it was opened

-Copy of Joint savings accounts

-Copy of transaction history

-Copies of checks with our names paying utility bill and house rent

-Copies of utility bills showing the same address since 2013 (under husband's name)

-Copies of hospital bills both on our names

-Copy of the Statement of Financial Responsibility from the birth center I had my prenatal care in 2013 with both of our names and signatures on it

-Copy of Receipts of payments for OB care with both of our names

-Copy of Receipt from the birth center for the entire duration of prenatal care with both of our names

-Copy of a package slip with my name showing the same address

-Copy of a check refund from greendot.com showing my name and address

-Copy of Receipts of online purchases showing the same address since 2013 (under my name)

-Copy of Birth certificate of our child

-Copy of birth confirmation letter from the hospital

-Copies of cards we received after giving birth from family and friends addressed to both of us and the baby

-Copies of greeting cards for holidays and birthdays addressed to both of us since 2013

-Copy of marriage certificate

-Pictures since 2013 on random occasions ( not all of it )

I do not have a driver's license as of yet

No health insurance (as we cant afford it yet)

No credit cards on both names (we dont want to be in debt)

Any helpful input/s is greatly appreciated.

Very nice list. Omit the marriage certificate though. It's not part of the ROC process. Good luck!

Will do. I know I submitted one during AOS but some people here resubmitted it so I thought it might not hurt.

Also remit the copy of the check from greendot.com and the package slip.... not sure what they prove other than you have the address you've already proved you had.
