You need to get swabs taken and the dad/ K1 sponsor too. Check on your embassy's website, there should be a list of accredited facilities where you can get this done. Once done, the lab will do the DNA test (you will need to pay for this), and send the results directly to the embassy. This process usually takes a couple of months minimum.

Your son will definitely get his passport. If that is the only hold up, you should also get your visa, but there may be additional checks they want to do.

What they are saying is that if your son is not your fiance's child, but you were supposed to be together at the time of conception, that could be used to prove you do not have a bonafide relationship/ that you were cheating and only want the USC fiance for immigration benefits.

Usually the lab will send the results directly to the embassy, though it depends on the lab and the embassy, some might send them to you, or a copy to you.

Two weeks is not a long time for bureaucracy.

Do you know that the lab sent the results to the embassy yet? Did the embassy tell you what the next step is (whether they want you to make an online appointment, or they contact you etc)?

If it has been two weeks since the embassy has received the results, and you have not been given instructions on what to do, then sending them an email is not out of line, but be aware this process can easily take 2-3 months.
