Trying to get things together for my fiancees interview scheduled for July 30th. She just finished her DOT treatment at SLEC and is doing the re-medical (ran into a glitch there too,) . Since it has been has been about a year since we first filed I sent her a package via fedex with updated documentation., tax transcripts, pay stubs, copies of boarding passes, copy of my passport showing entrance and exit stamps for the additional 2 visits additional pictures, chat logs, viber and skype call records etc.

However I did not send an updated copy of the letter of intent to marry. Will this be ab issue? I don't have to spend another 100.00 to get this letter to her before the 30th.

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks in advance

I don't see an issue.

If it was me I would just email her a new one, just to be safe

From older posters on her, they are saying CO hasn't asked for LOI in many years.....

Like what Vol said. Shouldn't be an issue. Worse case is send via email a new one with your signature.

Also, The Embassy doesn't like the CENOMAR or NBI to be more than 6 mos. old.

Letter of intent to marry has not been asked for in years. You should be fine.
