Hey

I have sent my petition for my wife, and received my NOA1 via email, and had copy. Doesn't really say much except on how "They are going to handle my case". My Notice Date was March 30, 2015. The received date stated on my paper was March 26, 2015, along with the priority date March 26, 2015. The Notice type, I'm understanding is just a "receipt" telling me that they received my case.

I checked my USCIS case status, and i remember it saying something about April 25,2015. I can't check because USCIS Case Status Check is down. Im wondering if that was my NOA2? because it is now July 24, 2015, and i haven't heard or received anything, no email, no hard copies. So, I'm curious should i be patient and wait or should i call them ? Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the NOA2? its been almost 4 months now, and from what i have read it generally takes 3-5 months? i feel like i finally got my foot in the door, and then everything just seizing up on me. any information please help me out (: thanks so much! :clock:

You could call them but with today being sunday no one will be there. You will have to wait until tomorrow, but hopefully the website will be working and you could just check your case online. With out knowing what was mention with april 25th date No one will be able to tell you if that was your Noa2 or not

april 25 might have been just a touch thingie or an approval (since she's in the PI) -- so

call in on Monday, any CSR can tell you current casefile status.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Well then as you might have guessed that April date is the date by which you should have received your paper NOA1. That's all this is....a digital NOA1.

If your number starts WAC then 6 to 8 weeks at most. If it is SRC 6 to 8 months... and no that's not a typo...
