CEAC says ISSUED, how long the visa will be available?

CFO only offers mobile seminars for PDOS.  For GCP the seminar was not just there is what I was saying.  (don't want folks to start looking for a GCP seminar in Mindanao when one isn't offer)

 

Mobile PDOS has been offered for about a year now if memory serves,   And I did notice the mobile seminar does not require having the passport w/visa in hand, unlike for Manila and Cebu  PDOS.

 

Time will tell for sure if they open an office.
