I apply for adjustment of status awhile a go and while my application was pending I received a travel document an I-94, I used my I-94 to enter the United States many times, my last exit was legal with the document I was provided. after a review my application was denied. I wan to reapply to adjustment of status and i need to now if my i-94 can be used as proof of legal entry for my new application.

An I-94 isn't an entry document. Assuming you mean Advance Parole (either a paper version or riding on an EAD that states "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole" along the bottom) then no, it was invalidated when your I-485 was denied.
