My husband has Israeli and Polish citizenship (2 passports). Will he have to give up his Polish citzenship and/or passport in order to be granted a greencard?

I am not an expert, but I don't think he will need to give up either passport to get a GC. If he proceeds to natrualization that may be different.

Hi,

The U.S. does not care about multiple citizenship. There are no laws allowing it or laws prohibiting multiple citizenship.

A green card is for a non-US citizen to live in the U.S. It has nothing to do with citizenship.

With a green card, your husband can keep both his foreign citizenship under U.S. laws.
