Hi everyone,

I am trying to book a flight for my sister online through PAL - well, I called their hotline but the person was of no help with the information I need.

Scenario : I am a mabuhay miles member and I am booking a flight for my sister ( Under my log in ) and it is asking me the following info:

1. Country where Visa was issued (Note: my sister has a B1/B2 Visa - issued by the US Embassy in Manila ) - Am I placing here US or Philippines?

2. Country where visa is applicable - I believe it is US (?)

3. Secure Flight Information - What will I be placing here? It is asking for the Redress Number and Known Traveler Number

4. Frequent Flyer - am I placing here my mabuhay Miles number? (Note: I am booking a flight for my sister )

Thank you!

3. Secure Flight Information - What will I be placing here? It is asking for the Redress Number and Known Traveler Number - Airlines are modifying their reservation system as part of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Secure Flight program. Secure Flight is a behind-the-scenes program that streamlines the watch list matching process. It will improve the travel experience for all passengers, including those who have been misidentified in the past.

The Redress Control Number (redress number) allows Secure Flight to match travelers with the results of their redress case.

4. Frequent Flyer - am I placing here my mabuhay Miles number? (Note: I am booking a flight for my sister ) Yes your MM number.

Thank you!

Redress = N/A

If PAL will let you then why not use your number.
