proof of meeting cover letter

I was wondering if a cover letter for the proof of meeting was necessary... to explain each document?

Thanks!

A precise, factual and accurate details will do... We wrote it in an extra sheet of paper (as supplement page) since the space provided on the form is not sufficient to cover for my fiance's two visits.

I don't meant the response to question 18 (which I did do on a supplemental page) but for the actual proof (such as pictures, copy of visa, etc..)

Do I need to explain each picture, why i'm including school transcripts, copy of her student visa... ?

Photos should be labeled as to each of your names (and any family members included) and the place and dates of the photos. Additional documents should be described in your narrative if the intent is to use them for additional evidence of meeting, etc.

The idea is to provide them with enough evidence of your meeting, relationship and plans. Some people ask about how do I explain our relationship and how we fell in love. My answer is to say it the same way you would explain it to your mother. If you can write that as if you had to tell Mom, then you will be fine.

Good luck in your process. Be patient and try to relax about the process. It is slow.

I sent an extra cover letter for "proof of having met in past 2 years" and another for "ongoing relationship" - I think it makes the package more organized.
