did anyone have DS261 taken care on phone since website is not working?

I was told I would be emailed IV invoice within week, can this be true? also suggested me to send fees in mail cus they think its going worse

BTW - my case number was assigned on June18th, and lady took care of DS261 on June 19th, still waiting for AOS invoice and welcome letter in mail lol

yes, they can do ds-261 if not right away they will do it in few days, keep retrying.

I called today and got answered right away but was told my case is locked and to call back at the end of week to see if any change. I will be able to select the agent then. The CSR also said because of the issues with the web site to just mail in the payment for AOS. I would feel better if I could do everything online. Sounds like more delays. :clock:

Yes, I completed by DS-261 over the phone on June 19 and was e-mailed the IV fee bill on June 22. I'm still not able to login to the ceac website but, I'm just going to wait and not send it by mail. A lot of people on this forum say that it takes about 3-4 weeks to open up and I don't want to have to pay twice.
