IV packet and AOS packet

hey guys i just wanted to know the list of documents needed to make both of the packets, its a CR1 visa for my wife, she resides in pakistan right now. Ive completed DS260 already, paid both of the fees. listed below are the documents i have, please let me know what i am missing, and one more thing, for the AOS, how much do i have to show on my taxes, for 2014 i am showing 125% of my income, or something like that, what about 2012 and 2013.

Civil Documents:

-Umair(me) & Aqsa's(wifey) Birth Certificates (my original her copy)

-Police Character Certificate

-Urdu marriage certificate along with one from NADRA translated in urdu and english

(anything else missing let me know please)

AOS documents:

-2014, 2013, 2012 Tax returns,

-electronic paystubs available upon request

-job letter (doesnt state income as im an independant contractor)

(anything else missing let me know please)

I don't know if it's different for Pakistan but I wouldn't send original documents to NVC. They are notorious for loosing documents. Send NVC copies and have your wife bring the originals to the embassy. Unless of course this is something that is required for Pakistan, that originals are sent via NVC?!

For supporting documents, you also need to put a copy of the biometric page from your wife's passport and two passport sized photos of your wife.

If it's just you and your wife in the household, you need to show just below $20,000 in annual income.

You do not need to provide originals of documents, copies are ok. If you submit originals now, I am not sure you will be able to get them back. As for your Nikah Nama, to be on the safe side (I have seen a few checklists issued over this), provide your urdu Nikah Nama, your english Nikah Nama (or english Nikah Nama translation) and the NADRA Marriage Registration Certificate. Lastly, as per the country reciprocity table, a police certificate is no longer needed- but I do not think it will hurt to provide one. You should also provide 2 copies of your wife's passport photo, and a copy of the biographic page of her passport.
