Hi, I just recently got into the US on the K1. My fiancé and I are getting married early next week. We setup an appointment to have the vaccinations transcribed onto the USICS i-693 form, but they said they doctor is out of town, and we won't have the form filled out for another 2 weeks. We have everything else ready to go.

Questions :-

If we were to submit the AOS packet without the vaccination report, would I get an RFE? Do RFEs usually come before or after the EAD/AP combo card? I'll need to travel back to India for a wedding, and I don't want an RFE to delay the process any further.

Hello Congrats.

I would not send in the AOS till you have all the documentation in hand. They are saying it is taking up to 60 days to review the RFE info returned. and from what I understand this puts it all on hold till they have a complete package.

I would hold off on this till you have all in hand.
