I have got a letter says :

Receipt date : 20 Apr 2015.

Priority date : 17 Apr 2015. ( what that mean) ?

Notice date : 03. Jun 2015

Notice type : Duplicate approval notice ( why duplicate ? )
Section : Husband or Wife of US citizen 201(b) INA

The above petition has been approved, we have sen the original to the (NVC) 32 Rochester Avenue Portsmouth NH 03801-2909.

Does any one know what is the next step ? and if this NVC in Rochester takes long time in process ?

Hopefully, you've already started preparing for the NVC stage and collected all the necessary documents?! Read more about the NVC stage in the guides here on VJ or on NVC's website:

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/approved/contact.html

Don't worry about the priority date. Since you're married to a USC, the priority date doesn't matter.

Depending on how much of the paperwork you've already gathered for NVC and how much you have left, count about two to three month. NVC takes about 30 days to review your documents and the DS-260. But before that, you need to pay the AOS fee, submit the DS-261 (choice of agent) and pay the IV fee.

Good luck and welcome to the NVC phase. :)

Thank you for your answer.

But I really didn't start to gather anything, where I can find the documents which I need for the NVC ?

what are they going to ask me to fill ?

What is the Agent ? why do people put an agent ?

I still didn't receive notufication from the NVC that they received my petition, when shall I expect it ?

Here's the NVC Process Wiki you need to read this so you know all you need to prepare for. You should get your case# in about 4 to 8 weeks from when USCIS sent off your petition.

Below is a link to NVC's website about which documents you need to send:

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents.html

There is a NVC wiki guide on here as well. I never used it but you should be able to find it through the search option or hopefully, someone else will come by soon and post the link for you.

You're gonna need police certificates, birth certificates, the USC/LPR need to fill out the i-864 for the financial sponsorship. I mean there's a whole bunch of things you need to do so just read the guides and NVC's website and you'll find out all you need to do now.

Choice of agent is basically who you want to receive the information from NVC. The "agent" can be you, your USC spouse, a lawyer...
