I came in the US thru K-1 visa last May 2014.. we got married June then I filed AOS last july 29, 2014.. November 12 2014 i received a letter of Notice for potential interview waiver..months past..hoping ill received green card soon.. unfortunately,i received an RFE (after almost11 months since i applied for the AOS) requesting for a completed form I-693.. which i already did.. i went to a doctor to have my vaccine transcribed and i-693 filled out.. (by the way, that surgeon is listed on their website) before filing my AOS.. i thought i researched thoroughly nd yet its not enough.. my biggest fustration is that my medical exam and vaccine (Dated Feb. 2014) that i had from philippines are already expired..should i go have another medical here? Can you guys help me pls. :( i live in pennsylvania so if you have suggestions on your doctors pls pls help me..

appreciate your help.

We filed almost at the same time. Anyhow, the CS should determined which vaccinations are required based on your DS-3025. I received RFE about 2 weeks ago and just completed my medical exam yesterday. I HAD to redo my medical again because the previous one from my country was already expired.

I had to do the whole medical examination, TB test, blood test, and X-ray. Also I received another vaccinations which are varicella and tetanus since both weren't done for my prior medical exam for visa.

My point is, you have to redo again the medical since yours was already expired. They need a new one.
