Anyone experience the message: Your Search did not return Data when checking your case at NVC. I received my Case number early last week and still no update in the system. Does this mean it has not left for the embassy in Jamaica yet? or simply they do not always update.

That's normal ^^ Give it some day's they aren't working at the weekends / hollidays ... Did you understood the case number right?

Cause I had a number switch in it and could not check it because of that ...but the lady on the phone told me while the case is in AP it isn't shown in the system ..so it's normal the next thing you see will be at NVC ..the in Transit & at the end ready as soon as your embassy received it

Currently, since things became a little broken on that website, it will not actually update or provide any information until your case is at the embassy - at which point it will change to ''ready''.

I called today and got our case number from the NVC, and I know for a fact that it's already at the embassy in Malawi. I saw it with my own eyes. When I attempt to track it, however, I get the "your search didn't return any data" thing over and over. So I guess the conclusion is that it's not working properly?

ROC:

11/14/17 I-751 Package mailed (Vermont)

11/15/17 Package delivered

11/17/17 NOA1 date

11/25/17 NOA1 received in mail

 

K1 Visa process:

5/11/15 NOA2 (8:30 pm text, 238 days since NOA1)

6/09/15 Consulate Received (had to call embassy to check)

7/09/15 Interview Completed- APPROVED!! (after delay for US system errors, and rescheduling/postponing 3 times)

Yes I called and they said that the website is not dependable. Imagine that. Great yours is at the embassy. I am unsure if mine is there. they are showing still in administrative processing. How long does it stay at NVC?
