DS-260 fees not received (split topic)

Hi everyone,

Nvc received my civil documents on the 4th of May while I was yet to pay my iv fee because of the problems with the ceac site.But on the 4th of june I was able to pay the iv fee online and it showed paid on the 8th. Have just also completed the ds-260 form today which is the 10th and decided to my email for the confirmation, then I saw a checklist email from nvc dated 4th of june requesting for the iv fee payment which have paid the same day they sent the email.

Just wanna know if this has happened to anyone and if it will delay the processing or its just a false checklist

Need ur help.....mine is exactly similar to ur case....paid fees this week n was paid in 3 days...got access to DS260 and submitted on Thursday.....yesterday I called them to confirm and they said they haven't received any fees or DS260 for my case.....I told it showing a paid for IV fees and completed for DS260 ...but they told that it's not showing in their computer....they told it takes a week to get in their system and I should call them next week to confirm.....

Did u confirmed with them after paying us fees n submitting DS260 that they received or not...?????

Does it really take one week to show in their for fees as wee as DS260...??? I m worried coz I did online still why don't they see on their side...????

When I called NVC about it they were not able to see it on their system, one day a Rep went directly into my ceac application and could see everything was paid and ds-260 completed then they said until ur ds-260 isnt review it was not going to show up in our system. They review my ds-260 35 days After I submitted it. Case completed 44 days after Scan Date.

Coz mine was paid on Wednesday... I called them on Friday and they told its not showing as paid on their end.... Does it take a week or so get updated in their system to show as paid????
