I still haven't received my no2,and as I look on here most people who filed in April already got theirs.

we filed in January and are still waiting for our NOA2.

California seems to be slowing down, this could be because of the transfers and routed petitions aware from TSC.

You may have a wait up to 5 months.

Also Sam is a K1 at CSC. And BRS is a Cr1 at Vermont.

Two very different visas and service centres and should not be compared.

And thats upsetting for those still waiting for a CR1 approval, but this was about the wait of a K1.

A K1 has no baring on how fast or slow a CR1 gets approved as it is a different service center and a different process.

I'm sorry that other CR1 petitions are being approved before you, but this has no impact on the OP and their wait.

My fiancee received the first NOA on April 14th and the second on May 21th.

But it depends each case is different. Hope you get yours soon
