Getting NVC # number but what number to call?

So we got our NOA2 on May 8th..now did we start to call NVC ..he called them yesterday they gave my fiance the usual wait another 35 days speach..

Now wanted I to call them..looked at the NVC Contact Information..and now am I more confused as I have been before :ranting:

I found this on the website:

Now saying people call the immigrant visa inquirie line..but they are saying the nonimmigrant..now I'm confused <_<

What's now right and what's not right?

603-334-0700. Immigrant and not non immigrant. The first day I called, I was told it was not there but could be there, just not being processed yet and to call back in 30 days. That's standard language you can ignore. Turns out my case was there and was processed that very day, it was just so early when I called.
