The 24th was a Sunday, they do not work on the weekends and the 25th Was a federal holiday, ( Memorial Day) There was no work done. They will be working though the mail back log from the week end and the holiday. I may be several days to a week or so to get a response.

As I contacted them 22th at 1am but didn't reply till now

KCC works 7.30am-4pm eastern time.

As has been said, Monday was a federal holiday and they can take a few days to respond to emails or even longer at busy times. Today is the first day you can really start counting time.

If something is urgent you will need to phone them.

In the meantime, check that you included all the required information in your email, namely (1) your full name (2) your case number (3) your date of birth - American style (month-day-year), as they will not send any answer/information/update etc without all those details.

It's been 4 working days which is well within the normal time frame but if you think it's urgent enough to want to do immediately then by all means call them on Monday.

Just be sure you entered date of birth correctly ie in U.S. format. I've seen a number of instances where people have put their birth date in the wrong format and the mail does not get a response as a result.
