Timeline

Hi everyone. Can you please check to see if i have everything prepared to file my AOS. I am yet to locate my NAO2, so I included a copy of the letter from NVC that shows they received my approved petition. I hope that will be ok. My Form-I864 also expired from 03-31-2015 but thats the copy i download from USCIS Website. I am also sending one original copy of my marriage certificate for the I-485 and photocopies for the I-131 and I-765

My eligibility is based on admission as the fiancé of a U.S. citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen within 90 days of entry.

    • Copy of U.S. Co-sponsor passport biographic page

I-765 Application for Employment Document


  • Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization
  • Copy of my Passport with biographic page and nonimmigrant visa
  • Copy of Electronic Form I-94
  • Two (2) Passport size photos
  • Certified copy of Marriage Certificate

I-131 Application for Travel Document


  • Form I-131 Application for Travel Document
  • Copy of my Passport with nonimmigrant visa
  • Copy of Electronic Form I-94
  • Copy of letter from The National Visa Center (NVC) Acknowledging receipt of approved I-129F Petition from U.S Citizenship and Immigration services USCIS

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
