Guys scheduling for September has begun. We have confirmed interviews all the way up to Jan 10th so far. Please start calling NVC!!

@ munafn - I don't think enough of December 2013 (thank you Vermont) filers are CC yet.....as expected the VB will have to skip over us and go to Jan 2014....possibly Feb 2014. Very unfair system.

it is really sad seeing you down and please do not lose hope as they only started scheduling and they still have plenty of time to close your case and offer you an appointment for September. By looking at your scan date , your case will more likely to be closed within in two weeks or earlier as my case only took 25 days to complete.Therefore, please stay positive and I really really hope you get the good news this month or if not your are next in the line. The system is the worst I have ever experienced but there is nothing we can do to pastel it as they only operate how they want and when they want. I wish you the very best of luck with everything and I hope we all share your good news very soon in God's will.

Hello Friends.

I come back with another post.

I made Medical examination last July 27, but the Dr. told me that I need make additional examination due a little defect in results. So i asked him about how many time do i need wait to get final results. He told me again, he need 3 month to conclude. Now my interview is next August 18, but still not have my final evaluation.

Do i will have any problem with get my Visa ?

What possible results may i get?

Can The consular officer based his/her dessision into denial my visa application?

Please help me friends I feel worry.

Yes dear friends, soon or later you will get it, we all feel the same and the process is painful, but anyway we are making it and getting closer. My case is little different from you guys cause I am in the State doing the adjustment, still a pain process. I just hope and wish the best for all of you, glory is coming to all of us!

Congratulations to all who got ILs. I am nov filer hoping to get welcome letter. The most frustrating part is that lot of us got approved same time and nvc started process same time yet some got ILs and I amstill waiting for welcome letter. So people who are waiting for case complete should not feel as bad because lot of people are in worse situations then you. When My family immigrated to US, we had to wait 13 years so couple of years is not as bad.

Hi Nicalord - if this is TB, you will need to have a clear result before you can interview. it will need to be rescheduled.
